This website and/or the VJump mobile applications (together "Service") are operated by VJump LTD. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, refer to VJump LTD. The use of our Service is governed by the following Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Our Service offers information, tools and services available to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

These Terms of Use affect your legal rights and obligations and have been written to provide a high-quality service.

Please read carefully these Terms of Use before using our Service. Your use of our Service indicates your acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use, please do not use our Service.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

We provide a professional video processing service from an expert team of video editors.

The customer is defined as an Account profile of every user that launches our Service and has a unique Client id. All videos processed by the Service are owned by the customer. The customer can dispose of a processed video at his/her discretion.

Coins are defined as in-app purchase currency of the Service.

Processed video (or Order) is defined as an video that is sent by the Customer for processing by our Service. Customer can send the Order for processing only using Coins.

After sending the Order for processing it can't be canceled by Customer.

If the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the completed order, he/she can redo it during 14 days using the "Redo" button. Our Service provides 1 free redo for each order. Each subsequent redo may be from 5% to 50% of the order cost. The percentage depends on the numbers of previous redos for each order.

Your request for redo must be clearly formulated otherwise the editor can’t apply your comments to the order.

2. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND ONE-TIME PURCHASES

One-time purchases offer access to a certain number of Credits and don't have an expiration date.

Start Monthly Subscription is a monthly subscription, that offers access to 25 coins.

Basic Monthly Subscription is a monthly subscription, that offers access to 65 coins.

Premium Monthly Subscription is a monthly subscription, that offers access to 140 coins.

The unused coins are deducted from Customer balance before subscription renewal or cancelation.

The cost per coins for both subscriptions and one-time purchases is determined without considering the varying tax rates that are established in each country, in accordance with the App Store's policy.

The monthly subscription billing cycle is 1 month.

3. LIMITATIONS

3.1.Customers have the right to access, update, correct or delete their personal information that we store on our systems. If the customer wishes to exercise any of these rights, he must contact us at contactus@vjump.com .

3.2. You may not order the processing of violent, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing, hateful, pornographic, or sexually suggestive videos via our Service. If your video does not satisfy these requirements, we save the sole right not to perform processing of video with reserving of your payment for your next order.

Our Service reserves the right to delete, edit, or rearrange content at its discretion. You acknowledge that any Content may be removed, modified, or transmitted to the Service for the purposes of delivering the offered services. The customer is solely responsible for the processed video he uses, not Service.

3.3. During using the Service, the Customer engages himself/herself to:

  • Be gentle with the Support team during solving appeared issues.
  • Be gentle with the editor in your request for order redo Respect laws and regulations in force.
  • Not to share your Customer profile details with any third parties.
  • Not to harm the Service.
  • Respect intellectual property rights.
  • Refrain from any activity that may infringe, disrupt or delay the Service to the other Customers.
  • Not to sell, rent, share, or transfer your access to our Service.

We reserve the right to terminate or withdraw access to any Customer profile that does not comply with these rules without your prior notice.

4. YOUR COPYRIGHTS

We respect the copyrights of Customer videos and other copyright holders. The Service does not perform copyright infringement inspection, it is the sole responsibility of the Customer to ensure that he has the necessary authorizations and/or permissions to use the videos.

If you believe your copyright in a work has been violated through this Service, please contact us for notice of claims of copyright infringement at contactus@vjump.com.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is available on "as is" and "with all faults" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that the Service or the server that makes the Service available is free from any harmful parts and components, including viruses. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk.

Information on the Service is as accurate as possible and the Service is regularly updated but may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or gaps. If you find any inaccuracy or mistake, please inform us via email contactus@vjump.com describing the problem.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our Service, such as prices, graphics, images, texts, videos, animations, logos, and others, belongs to VJump LTD. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, adapt, even partially, any content without VJump LTD's express written approval. Non-respect of this prohibition can engage the civil and penal liability of its author.

7. REFUND POLICY

7.1. General Terms. This refund policy applies to the VJump mobile application available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

7.2. Refund Conditions. Refunds for in-app purchases and subscriptions are governed by the respective app store’s policies. Users are required to initiate the refund process directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

7.3. Impact on Coins Balance. In the event of a refund approval, the current coins balance within the VJump app will be reduced by the amount of the refunded transaction. This reflects the reversal of the purchase for which the coins were initially awarded.

7.4. Limitations. Refunds are only possible within the constraints of the app store’s refund policies. We are unable to process refund requests directly through our app or customer support service.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS OF USE

Our Service may change from time to time. As a result, at times it may be necessary for us to make changes to these TERMS OF USE. We reserve the right to update or modify these TERMS OF USE at any time without prior notice. These TERMS OF USE were last updated on the date indicated above. All modifications of TERMS OF USE replace and cancel previous stipulations as soon as they have been accepted expressly or tacitly by Customer.
